Cancellation Policy

For all products excluding Made-To-Order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order is shipped. Once shipped, you will be advised with tracking number.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price. 

Made-To-Order Order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

RETURNS

As per our policy, we would accept returns within 30 days for any unused items. Item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we can provide you with an exchange or refund to your original method of payment.

For an exchange for a defective product, we will offer free return shipping.

REFUNDS

If you wish to return the item for a refund, you must pay for shipping yourself and send the item back. You may want to consider purchasing insurance and tracking information, because we don't offer refunds, if item gets lost during shipping.

We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
